Blick vom Bahnhof Takasaki in die Stadt. – View from the train station Takasaki towards town.
I was interested in the temple of the „blue-eyed barbar“ Bodhidharma, the founder of the Zen Buddhism and the Schaolin fighting. And in the three years stay of the important German architect Bruno Taut (1880 – 1938).
Waiting for the bus I strolled around the neighborhood for about 300 m in square.
Here is what I detected – hier ist, was mir ins Auge stach:
living and sleeping place of a homeless – may be busy in shopping
A second part will follow with Bodhidharma and Bruno Taut – Bodhidharma and Bruno bTaut you will see in a following part.
